COVID 2020 - 2021 UPDATES:
Update: June 7, 2021
An amendment has been announced by the Government of Ontario to include Manual Osteopathic practitioners within Stage 1 of the reopening schedule in Ontario (Ontario Regulation 82/20) .
As of June 11, 2021 - there are no restrictions to book for Manual Osteopathy!
Update: May 20, 2021
Ontario has set out a plan in accordance to vaccination rates to reopen the province as below, notably Manual Osteopathic practitioners with personal services may reopen in Step 2 of this process. The best guess is that the office might reopen sometime in July 2021.

Step 1: 60 per cent of adults vaccinated with one dose.

Step 2: 70 per cent of adults vaccinated with one dose and 20 per cent vaccinated with two doses.

Step 3: 70 to 80 per cent of adults vaccinated with one dose and 25 per cent vaccinated with two doses.

Update: April 8, 2021: Ontario Enacts Provincial Emergency and Stay-at-Home Order
Only existing patients can be seen for Osteopathy under the order of a physician or specialist with an urgent medical condition.

Update: March 8, 2021: Lockdown in Toronto transitions to Grey Zone. Appointments in Toronto may be booked once the region transitions to Red Zone - date unknown.

Update: February 19, 2021: Lockdown in Toronto and Peel is extended by at least 2 weeks to at least March 8, 2021. Appointments in Toronto may be booked once the region transitions to Red Zone.

As of February 12, 2021: As the regions transition out of the Province-wide State of Emergency, from Grey to Red color coded regions; appointments may resume without need of a doctor's referral:
in Durham Region: from February 16, 2021
in Toronto: from February 22, 2021 (tentatively)

As of January 14, 2021: State of emergency for the province of Ontario has been issued. for 28 days (to February 11, 2021). Sessions may be booked for Osteopathy only with a doctors referral during the lockdown please email info@secantosteopathy.com

As of December 26, 2020: Manual Osteopathic practitioners are not permitted to operate during the province-wide lockdown. Lockdown is expected to end January 23, 2021.

As of October 1, 2020 Manual Osteopathic services will be subject to HST per memorandum 108 (dated September 2020) by the Canada Revenue Agency
