WHAT CAN I EXPECT ON MY FIRST VISIT?

On your first visit, you will discuss your health history with current condition along with your health goals with the clinician directly. If you have diagnostic reporting from your family doctor please bring them with you.


Orthopedic tests will be conducted as determined by your case and a program of treatment will be devised with you so we can work together to successfully attain your wellness goals and get you back to what you do best, as soon as possible.


Please allow for a 1-hour session on your first visit for an assessment along with manual treatment and an exercise program (as required). Please wear comfortable clothes to allow a full range of movement.

WHAT MUST I WEAR FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

It is of the utmost importance that you are comfortable during your treatment session.


If you prefer, please, by all means, wear comfortable clothing that will allow for a full range of movements - such as gym clothes, or Yoga wear.

ARE MY VISITS COVERED BY INSURANCE?

Manual Osteopathy is covered by most insurance companies. It is advisable to confirm with your group insurance as each plan may differ.


A payment receipt will be issued at the completion of your visit for your submission of reimbursement.

DO YOU OFFER DIRECT BILLING TO MY INSURANCE

Currently, we are only able to submit Manual Osteopathy claims directly to Green Shield, and Blue Cross insurance at this time.
For other insurance companies we will issue a receipt for your reimbursement.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

DO YOU OFFER HOME VISITS?

We are able to arrange home visits in the case patients are not able to attend our locations in person.


Due to our commitment to safety, we do require an initial screening visit by a staff member to assess and discuss treatment options for the patient.


At home programs are a minimum of 4 weeks for chronic conditions only and are charged at 30% to 75% above the posted visit rate (in accordance to distance) for time and travel costs.
