Candice is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner graduating from the National Academy of Osteopathy, and a Certified Fitness trainer specializing in Remedial and Corrective Exercise. Initially, she tended to her fellow gym student's injuries ring-side, or on the MMA mats. Over time through many case studies to improve flexibility, endurance, and joint stability, the Sam Lumpini gym mini-clinic: Body Mechanic Toronto was born in 2011.
As a 4th-level Krav Maga student at the Sam Lumpini gym - Candice is well acquainted with first-hand experiences of training mishaps and how to deal with them using self-care at home protocols.
Candice continues her case studies in Impaction injuries, Sport-related endurance training, and Chronic pain conditions in youth and adolescents.

Onkar is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner who completed a four years undergraduate Bachelor of Science with Honors Degree in Kinesiology and Health Science at York University in 2019 and had graduated from the National Academy of Osteopathy. He is well-trained in osteopathic joint mobilization, muscle energy techniques, and soft tissue therapy.
In his free time, Onkar loves traveling and enjoys playing hockey.
